Services
I believe we all have the power to influence our life circumstances at any point if we are truly invested in our health and willing to be active participants in change. The integrative approach to mental healthcare is the optimal pathway to achieving this, as it treats the whole person by addressing the mind, body, spirit, and environment.
I partner with my patients to create personalized care plans that empower them to take control of their mental health and break free from unhealthy patterns. My goal is to offer you clear guidance, practical tools, and a safe, supportive environment where you can work toward lasting change.
Diagnoses & Conditions I Treat
I work with adults ages 18-60 who are solution-oriented and motivated for change, helping individuals navigate a variety of mental health concerns, including:
Depression
Anxiety
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Chronic Stress and Burnout
Life Transitions – such as divorce, loss, remarrying, and blended family challenges
Emotional Exhaustion – I am passionate about working with high-stress professions such as first responders, military, and healthcare workers
Treatment Modalities I Offer
I offer a range of integrative treatment modalities to address your unique needs. Here’s how I can support you on your journey to well-being:
-
I work alongside the patient to incorporate psychotropic medication, if indicated, with careful consideration of the risks versus benefits after a thorough assessment. Ample education is provided so that patients feel comfortable and knowledgeable when and if medications are used. Integrative medicine does not exclude psychotropic medications; instead, they can be used in conjunction with other treatment modalities to achieve lasting benefits. With an integrative approach to healthcare, high medication dosages can be reduced, minimizing potential side effects.
-
The power of being heard by a psychiatric provider alone can provide relief and foster the therapeutic rapport between patient and provider, which is essential for healing. Psychotherapy empowers individuals by exploring and addressing negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with you to provide supportive counseling, integrative therapy, and the identification and strengthening of coping skills. I focus on direct approaches to solve problems and promote change.

Conventional lab testing is important for determining potential medical causes of symptoms and monitoring overall health. However, traditional lab testing typically provides results within a broad range of what is considered “normal,” which may not identify levels necessary for optimal mental health. Functional nutritional testing is a diagnostic tool used to assess biochemical imbalances, providing further insight into underlying issues that may be impacting mental health. This type of testing allows for a more personalized, targeted treatment approach to achieving mental well-being.
-
It is important to choose supplements with high-quality standards, such as purity, testing, and regulation. Pharmaceutical-grade supplements can help address nutritional deficiencies, optimize mental health, and promote overall healing. These supplements can be added to psychotropic medications, resulting in better outcomes, lower medication dosages, and fewer side effects.
-
Re-evaluating daily habits, including sleep and physical activity, is vital to achieving mental health wellness. I partner with you to assess your current routines and recommend modifications that will lead to lasting mental health improvement. Often, we get stuck in routines that we haven't even recognized as counterproductive.
-
The Standard American Diet has been shown to promote disease and exacerbate mental health disorders. Convenience has often replaced food quality. Together, we will evaluate your current diet and determine reasonable changes to promote your health and well-being. Patients will feel empowered by gaining a better understanding of how food impacts mental health and how they can actively participate in their personalized plan of care.
-
It is important for each of us to develop tools that work for our unique life stressors and personalities. Mindfulness and meditation are examples of techniques that can reduce stress and improve concentration. One approach I educate patients on is Transcendental Meditation (TM), a simple, evidence-based technique that helps the mind settle into a state of deep relaxation and restful awareness. TM has been shown to lower stress hormones, improve focus, enhance emotional resilience, and support overall mental and physical health. As a certified practitioner, I guide patients in understanding and integrating meditation practices that fit their needs, helping them cultivate inner calm, mental clarity, and a deeper awareness of both mind and body.
-
I have received formal training in both Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Spravato treatments and am equipped to assess how these treatments may benefit your overall quality of life. I will provide comprehensive education on the indications and risks and help you locate a facility offering these services if you are a candidate.

Fee: $350
This comprehensive initial session is designed to build a strong therapeutic foundation, ensuring you feel heard, safe, supported, and empowered from the very start. Unlike traditional models, where the first appointment is the first interaction, I take a more personalized approach. Before scheduling your intake, we’ll have a brief phone call to introduce ourselves, address any general questions or concerns, and determine if this is the right fit for your needs. After the call, you’ll receive thorough intake forms to complete, allowing me to review key details ahead of our session.During our appointment, you will have the uninterrupted space to share your story in a way that feels natural to you—rather than just answering a series of standard questions. Together, we’ll explore your history, goals, and concerns, and we’ll co-create a treatment plan that aligns with your values and needs. We’ll discuss your treatment options, including medications and integrative approaches, with ample education to ensure you feel informed and in control of your care. This first step is about more than just gathering information—it’s about building a partnership that fosters real, lasting change.
You Will Walk Away From This Appointment With:
A clear understanding of your treatment options, including both conventional and integrative approaches
A personalized plan outlining the next steps for your mental health journey
Education and insight into how various factors—such as lifestyle, nutrition, and stress—may be impacting your well-being
A sense of ownership over your care, knowing that your voice and preferences are at the center of the process

This extended follow-up session provides the time and space to assess your progress and goals thoroughly, review medication response, and determine whether any modifications to your plan of care are needed. We’ll address any new or ongoing symptoms and explore the most appropriate integrative modalities based on your symptoms. If applicable, we will also go over any outstanding lab results to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your health.
This session allows for a collaborative, thoughtful approach to your treatment, ensuring that you continue to feel supported and empowered in your mental health journey.

Fee: $175
This shorter follow-up session is designed for ongoing medication management and monitoring. We’ll review your progress since our last visit, address any concerns or side effects, and make any necessary adjustments to your medication regimen. In addition to medication management, we will incorporate brief supportive counseling, goal setting, and a discussion of your overall treatment plan to ensure continued progress.
My hope is that you walk away from our appointments together feeling confident, knowing that you have a healthcare partner who is truly invested in you as an individual.
